Reservations are strongly encouraged for guaranteed entry, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome every night in our standing room spaces.

For reservations larger than 8 people, please reach out to experiences@hotelemery.com for a large group reservation.

Each reservation is for a 90-minute experience, giving you plenty of time to sip, snack, and explore all the themed rooms.

After 90 minutes, you’re more than welcome to continue enjoying the atmosphere in our standing-room areas, but we kindly ask that you release your table so other guests can join the fun.

Check in at the main level host stand in Hotel Emery’s lobby. From there, we’ll send you straight “down through the chimney” to begin your holiday adventure.

Hotel Emery offers $14 valet parking, and there are multiple parking ramps and meters nearby for self-parking, including the 5th Street Towers parking garage located directly across 2nd Ave.

We love festive fits! Ugly sweaters, sparkles, and reindeer ears are highly encouraged—but not required.
